This cookbook was produced for Australian Macadamias. It is a 20 page square finish book with delicious recipes developed with assistance from Eamon Sullivan. Recipes range from salads, main meals to desserts.

The Northern Rivers Food Links Project was a council cooperation initiative of the 7 Northern Rivers Councils and Rous Water. A collaborative partnership, to secure a sustainable food future for the region.
The Northern Rivers Food Links Project sought to mitigate climate change impacts associated with food production and distribution, and strengthen community resilience to climate change and peak oil impacts.
